Violet & Otis is an Australian children’s boutique specialising in handmade, small-batch clothing.
All garments are hand-finished with care, and each collection is produced in limited quantities.

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
However, as each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, embroidery, or measurements may occur.
These natural differences are part of the charm of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
✿ Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the Violet & Otis website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Violet & Otis is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not charged at this time.
Should this change in the future, our prices will be updated to reflect GST-inclusive pricing in accordance with Australian tax requirements.
Payment must be received in full before your order can be dispatched.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Afterpay.
Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay for your order in four equal instalments, interest-free.
By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to Afterpay’s own terms and conditions, available at www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms.
All transactions are processed securely — Violet & Otis does not store or have access to your credit-card or Afterpay account information.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated (such as pre-orders).
Shipping times may vary based on destination and external postal delays.
Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post or another carrier, Violet & Otis cannot be held liable for delays, damage, or loss in transit.
✿ Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty items may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
