Violet & Otis is a Sydney-based children’s boutique. Each order is lovingly packed and inspected before leaving our studio.
We dispatch all parcels within 1–3 business days of purchase.

If your order is time-sensitive, please select Express Post or leave a note at checkout — we’ll do our best to prioritise it.


✿ Domestic Orders (Australia Post)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10 AUD (approx. 2–6 business days once shipped)
Express Shipping: Flat rate $15 AUD (approx. 1–3 business days once shipped)

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.


✿ International Orders

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

✿ Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until all pieces are ready to dispatch.
If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those pieces.


✿ Shipping Issues & Liability

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post or another carrier, Violet & Otis cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before finalizing your order, as we’re unable to redirect mail once processed.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim using your tracking number.
We’ll always do our best to assist, but we cannot accept liability once the parcel has left our care.
